- *Note: If charging is not working, try a different power adapter. The keyboard needs 5V 2A input. Some super-fast charging adapters may not work with the keyboard due to the lack of communication features when charging through pogo pins. The adapter can€™t negotiate the correct power levels and ends up disconnecting power completely.
