The 13″ Lower Tube Assembly is designed to attach to the vehicle base of a pedestal system and give your solution up to 18.25″ of height adjustment when installed with an upper pole.

- Any MCS Top Plate or Vehicle Base without a welded pole

- A limited lifetime warranty is against manufacturer defects, not normal wear and tear.
